  • Payment is through Paypal or Ko-Fi in USD. Payment is upfront unless specified otherwise during the payment process.

  • Refunds can be granted at the sketch process or if I have not started on it or given any updates for more than a month. When the sketch has been approved, I will not take any refunds.

  • I have the right to turn down any commission due to any reason.

  • Turnaround time for commissions are typically 2 weeks to a month. I have IRL duties such as academics and work, so please be patient with me. Please contact me if it's been more than a month; it's rare that I won't respond.

  • I do not do commercial or merch work. (You may do personal merchandise, but nothing commercial.) AI, NFT, Crypto, or any other of that crap is not allowed also. I will not accept AI generated artwork refs at all, and I do NOT give permission for my artwork to be used for such.

  • Please properly credit me for the commission, and never claim it as your own. (If my work is uploaded onto Toyhouse by you, my account is @HealingST.)

  • Any OC you give me must be yours or explicitly say that it is someone else's (ie. commissioning for a friend), no stealing, copying, etc.

  • I will send sketches or updates often to make sure you are getting what you want. I'll change most of anything at a sketching and flat coloring part.

  • You are free to use the designs however you want after getting them. Redesign them to your heart's content. However, I'd prefer for my original image to not be modified.

  • I will not allow revisions AFTER I have completed and sent the full PNG to you. I will always send a screenshot before a finished png for last minute revisions.

  • Please credit me for the design. You don't have to spam credit me, though, just don't claim it (especially the artwork) as your own.

  • Reselling is fine as long it is not higher than the original price you bought it at. Retrading is fine as well but the owner still must credit me, do not take it up as your own design. If you need me to change a design setting on toyhouse to allow transferring. PLEASE contact me @HealingST.
